Work-Life Balance 4.0 – Challenges in a time of digitalisation
Digitalisation is changing our society in many ways. How it impacts our relationship between work and personal time was at the centre of discussion of the third European Sunday Alliance conference on 15 November 2016. Under the heading “Work-life balance 4.0 – Challenges in a time of digitalisation”, more than 100 participants examined the risks, but also opportunities of the digital shift and expressed the need for proper labour regulation at EU level.
